The best recommendations come from people who grew up somewhere or live there now. Friend Atlas keeps those in one place, attached to the friend who gave them.

Private enough, on purpose

Maps are unlisted, entries are city-level only, and there are no profiles or exact addresses. The owner can lock, moderate, or delete a map at any time.
